Once you've had your free consultation and agreed to work with us *cue the over-excited dancing*, we schedule an assessment meeting that allows us to understand the business challenge in more detail and your objectives. We will then be in a good position to produce a statement of work, including deliverables and costs. Once the paperwork is signed, we can kick things off straight away.

We work hard to ensure our onboarding process doesn't take longer than two weeks, but this can vary depending on client availability for key meetings and sign off of the project. It's important we're only delivering work that addresses your immediate business challenge so we work closely with you to get an accurate scope of work mapped out and associated costs agreed.

Before anything though, we send over a non-disclosure agreement to give you peace of mind that what you discuss with us, stays with us.
