No-nonsense and easy to use, AJ Bell Dodl is an investment app for first time investors. The brand simplifies the world of finance for its customers, while giving them tools to take charge of their financial future.

The challenge

Dodl wanted to encourage ‘newbies’ to invest with minimal risk. But they needed to make their new proposition speak to a fresh, and often disengaged, audience.

We knew we needed to stay true to their brand, while creating something that would capture attention. With the help of memorable characters that kept the topic of investment light and conversational, ‘The Realisation’ campaign highlighted how easy the product is to use and created strong brand recognition. Especially as we were able to weave the brand name into the headlines.
